Something Of A Mission Statement

How can an equal number of Republicans and Democrats elected to represent our best interests not come to a compromise in the best interests of their country? We've come to a point where both sides only care about one thing: winning. When you hear Republicans say that they don't want the economy to get better before the election so the President won't win and Democrats claim the high road as they take bribes and kickbacks we should realize that our elected officials are not in this for the betterment of the country. They're in it to get as much as they can for themselves.

We can blame them and blame them we should, but we can't escape the blame on ourselves either. We've split in this country into the blue state and the red states, the religious and the non religious, the straight and the gay, the gun lovers and the gun haters; the list could go on and on, but we've allowed them to splinter us into fractions and make us forget that first and foremost we are AMERCIANS. Once upon a time it was allright for people to be different in this country, we embraced the differences that made us stronger as a people.

I think it's time we stopped letting the politicians tell us who we are and who we can support. I think it's time that we find a new set of people in Washington D.C. I say we vote each and every Senator and Representative out of office and bring in fresh blood.

This site is going to focus on showing the failures of our elected officials, the lies, the untruths, the hate they try and make us believe in.

And maybe if we can find it some good too.
